With a background in education, where I supported many students and families with diverse learning and developmental needs, I built a strong foundation in clear communication and person centred practice. I began working in the NDIS in 2022 in a compliance and audit role, giving me a deep understanding of quality, safeguards, and how to ensure supports are delivered responsibly and effectively. Now living in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, I bring this experience into my role as a Support Coordinator, helping participants navigate their plans, build confidence, and connect with services that truly align with their goals. I feel privileged to walk alongside people as they work toward greater independence and the future they choose.
